If you’re staying in Aspen, you can walk to the Aspen Mountain lift and take the bus to other areas. In addition to skiing, Aspen offers countless après-ski options, the city itself is wonderful to spend time in with all its shops, galleries, bars and restaurants. If you stay in the sportier Snowmass, you will almost always be on the slopes: ski-in, ski-out. Snowmass is also the largest of the four mountains, which is why many winter sports enthusiasts prefer to stay in Snowmass. The ski bus takes you from Aspen to Snowmass in 25 minutes.
The Gant Aspen
The Gant Aspen is located at the base of Aspen Mountain just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the ski lifts. The resort offers year-round outdoor pools and hot tubs. So you can relax here even after a long day of skiing.
The Gant Aspen also features an on-site fitness center, 5 tennis courts, a free airport shuttle, child care, ski storage and ski maintenance service.
The apartments are fully equipped and have 1, 2, 3 or 4 separate bedrooms. So even if you are traveling with a larger traveling group, the Gant is a great choice. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, one or more bathrooms (depending on the number of bedrooms) and most apartments have a fireplace. Because all apartments have their own owner, they are all different in terms of design and layout.
